How to apply for a visiting fellowship

Organisations wishing to host a fellowship should submit a bid on behalf of their candidate.

The bid should include:

a concise c.v. (up to three A4 pages) for the candidate plus copies of two recent published papers

an outline of the work proposed (up to 1500 words) indicating how it relates to public health priorities

a brief statement (up to 500 words) of how the work will contribute to the host's research programme

a brief description of any further teaching, lecturing, advising and other dissemination activities that would be undertaken during the fellowship

estimated costs, broken down by salary, travel, accommodation, research expenses and overheads

confirmation from the host institution that office space and facilities will be provided

confirmation from the candidate's employer that the candidate will be released for the period of the fellowship
