Criteria on which applications will be judged
Applications will be independently peer reviewed. They will be judged according to:

academic quality of the proposed research |

|
the candidate's research track record |
|
|
feasibility of the proposed activity |
|
|
contribution of the fellowship to the host institution's research programme |
|
|
relevance of the research to health policy and practice in Scotland |
|
| dissemination plans, including likely impact on health research in Scotland |
Applications may be submitted at any time. Decisions will normally be made within two months of receipt.
