Early Postdoctoral Fellowships Open for Applications

CSO are delighted to announce that applications are now open for the next intake of our Early Postdoctoral Fellowship. The fellowship provides 3 years of funding to researchers that have just completed a PhD and are looking to take the next step in developing a research career. The scheme is open to both clinical and non-clinical researchers who propose a project within CSO’s overall remit of early translational (experimental medicine), clinical and applied health research and social care.

Applications will be made on a new grants management system which will replace the current email-based application going forward. Applicants will be able to submit and manage their applications from the pre-award stage through to post-award and completion of the award stages.

The application deadline is Monday 17th March 2025 and successful candidates will be able to take up their fellowships from 1 September 2025.
