The NCRI is a UK-wide partnership between research funders working together to maximise the value and benefits of cancer research for patients and the public.

The NCRI Groups, a central part of the UK’s cancer research infrastructure, tasked with improving the quality and relevance of cancer research, provide an environment for researchers to collaborate, identify and address areas of need for their patient population. The Groups coordinate the development of a strategic portfolio of trials. The NCRI currently manages 15 site specific Research Groups and four cross cutting Research Groups (Pathology, Radiotherapy, Screening & Early Diagnosis and Living with & Beyond Cancer).

Vacancies are currently available for a Chair and Deputy Chair of the Breast, Colorectal and Skin Research Groups. NCRI are recruiting for these roles, with interviews beginning on the week commencing 17 January 2022 and a deadline for applications of 7 January 2022 at 12pm.
