NIHR is accepting applications for the sixth round of the NIHR Population Health Career Scientist Award (PHCSA). to develop and enhance research expertise in the most important areas affecting population health by supporting the next generation of independent public health research leaders.  The PHCSA is a UK-wide initiative to enable senior researchers to make the next step to reader/professor level in their host institutions.

Opening date: 10 April 2026 at 1:00 pm

Closing date: 9 July 2026 at 1:00 pm
