Scotland-based researchers are now eligible for the Research Programme for Social Care (RPSC) which has replaced the Research for Social Care (RfSC) funding call.

The new National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) programme will fund research which generates evidence to improve, expand, and strengthen the way social care is delivered for users of care services, carers, the social care workforce, and the public.

Launched last month, the RPSC is seeking applications from researchers at all stages of their careers with the first of its bi-annual calls now open.

To support applicants, a free to join webinar on Tuesday 7 November will advise applicants in Scotland whilst also assisting wider implementation of the programme.

The NIHR Programme for Social Care Scotland Information Session will take place from 11am until 1pm.
