NIHR Programme Grants for Applied Research (PGfAR)

PGfAR Competition 46 which opens in October 2024, is a ring fenced call dedicated to DHSC Areas of research interest 1  ‘Early action to prevent poor health outcomes’,

A briefing webinar for potential applicants and other interested parties is going to be held on 16 September 10:30 -12:00. 

The webinar will address:

• The Areas of research interest 1 competition 
• NIHR Academy’s vision and support for developing academic research capacity within PGfAR 
• Questions and Answer session
