Queen’s Anniversary Prize for Higher and Further Education – recognition for HSRU and HERU

The Queen’s Anniversary Prize for Higher and Further Education has been awarded to the University of Aberdeen for long-standing excellence in health services research and the pioneering work of University’s Health Services Research Unit and the Health Economics Research Unit, which both receive core funding from CSO.  University of Aberdeen news release.

Professor David Crossman – the Chief Scientist for Health – said “I warmly congratulate the Heath Services and Health Economics Research Units on this highly prestigious award, which recognises the achievements and excellence of the research of the Units over many years and their impact on the health service in Scotland and beyond.”
