CSO is proud to be a partner in the Scottish Government / Wellbeing of Women funding call for Endometriosis Research.

WoW-SG Research Project Grants are for projects in laboratory, health and translational
research that aims to improve access for women to appropriate support, diagnosis and the
best treatment for endometriosis.

We are particularly encouraging applications in one of the following priority themes:

  • Can a cure be developed for endometriosis?
  • Is it possible to develop a non-invasive screening tool to aid the diagnosis of
    endometriosis?
  • What is the most effective way of managing the emotional and/or psychological and/or fatigue impact of living with endometriosis (including medical, non-medical and self-management methods)?

Applications for joint funding must be from lead applicants with tenured posts at
recognised Scottish Universities, or NHS Board.

The upper grant award limit for these grants is £250,000 in total over one to three years.

The total amount available under the joint 2022 funding call for awards is £250,000.

Closes: 1 pm on 30 June 2022
