Updates to Response Mode Grant Application forms

CSO has recently updated the application forms to its response mode grant schemes to place more emphasis on patient and public involvement. These changes have been reviewed and agreed by CSOs public engagement group and the grant committees.  CSO has also amended the outline application form to provide more guidance on what information the committee is looking for.

Potential applicants should take Note of the changes and make use of the updated forms for applications to HIPS and TCS from January 2020 round onwards
